Terms of Service
Bro, this isn't Spotify. You should, like, totally read this, dude.Hey there! Before we get started, I'll need you to check out these guidelines so there isn't any trouble! Alright, let's start with the dos and don'ts:Please note that this ToS focuses on stickers as they're my primary focus, but it does apply to my other commission types. If you didn't order stickers, just disregard the rules that relate to them.The client may:
• question pricing, if the price I mentioned isn't the same as advertised. I'll change prices from time to time but I might make mistakes;
• request a courtesy, like turning your waist-up into a full body (for general art orders) if your order took over 120 days in line;
• print your commission for personal use only;
• repost your commission on your personal social media page, with proper crediting;
• get the PNG sticker files to add them to a personal sticker pack (with proper crediting), though I'll still also publish them myself by standard to their own specific pack;
• have lots of fun with their new awesome stickers or artwork!The client may not:
• get their artwork made before payment;
• repost without crediting (making sure that my watermark signature is visible is enough);
• request changes to the base structure or linework of a drawing after approving the sketch, except if it regards a discrepancy that's clearly listed in the character's reference sheet;
• request changes to the coloring after its approval;
• redistribute and monetize my work without my consent;
• neglect credit to my work when asked;
• demand me to emulate other artist's style, or make modifications that stray too far away from my style guidelines;
• be a dick. _As the artist, I have the following rights:
• To distribute and use the artworks for self-promotion, unless there's a discussion about it before payment.
• To refuse any commission for any reason.
• To set and change my prices at any time, for any reason.
• To add, discontinue, and offer products and services at my discretion.
• To put a commission on hold and start the next one if the client doesn't reply in 24 hours.
• To alter these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason._Please note that, no matter the alteration, the client holds the right to comply only with the version that they read.I will not draw, either because of moral standards or lack of skill:
• Centaurs
• Humans
• Feral (any kind, especially dragons)
• Cub (NSFW)
• Scat
• Rape
• Hyper muscles
• Hyper fat
• Vehicles (unless I'm allowed to trace it)
• Symbols, gestures, actions, situations and texts that tread on racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of hate crime.Payment
• Payment is in USD and taken exclusively through PayPal or Wise.
• Payment is taken always upfront, unless the commission price exceeds 100 USD. In that case, I can take 50% upfront and 50% once it's your turn on the queue.
• After negotiation, I'll be writing a super fancy invoice for you to wrap up the deal!Refunds
• If I haven't started your commission yet, I can offer a full refund within 7 days after payment, and 50% after 7 days.
• If I already started working on your sketch and you're unsatisfied, I can offer a 30% refund.
• If I've spent 120 days without getting started on your order, you're once again entitled to a full refund.
• After the sketch is approved, I will offer no refunds.PS.: To avoid the necessity of a refund, please consider the queue that's displayed and timely updated on my Trello page. Make sure you're comfortable with the wait before you commission.Thanks a lot for commissioning me!
